Inside the State of Connecticut, a Plumbers License is required for all persons that offer to the public services in Plumbing and piping and/or irrigation system contractors and well drillers. The plumbers and piping license is required to perform plumbing and piping work including irrigation systems. The Well Drillers and Well Casing License is required to construct a well including but not limited to the installation, repair, and maintenance of pumps.
